WishCurator (wishcurator.com and the WishCurator Android app) is a personal wishlist and price-tracking application operated by Piyush Anand Verma, India (“we”, “us”). You agree to use it only for its intended personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not abuse the scraping pipeline (e.g. submitting the same URL repeatedly to force re-fetches), nor use the collaboration features to spam, harass, or distribute illegal content.
Items you save, buckets you create, and notes you add are yours. We process them only to provide the service: showing them to you, watching their prices, notifying you of changes, and sharing them with people you explicitly invite.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
WishCurator is currently free to use, with limits on the number of buckets, items, and active alerts. Paid tiers may be introduced; if so, the limits and pricing will be clearly shown before you opt in, and your existing data will not be affected.
Prices shown in the app are scraped from publicly available product pages and may be out of date, regionally different from what you see at checkout, or incorrect for items the seller has restructured. The price you see on the seller's site at checkout is always the price you pay.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be unavailable during maintenance, upstream provider outages, or because of factors outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, WishCurator is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including purchasing decisions made based on the prices shown.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service.
